The National Basketball Association (“NBA”), its member teams, NBA
   Properties Inc (the “NBA Entities”) and their respective affiliates,
   subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers involved
   in this promotion) and each of their immediate family members (mother,
   father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father,
   step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister,
   half-brother, and half-sister) and/or those living in the same household
   of each are not eligible.

By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, losses, expenses and liability of any kind arising out of use/acceptance of prize.  If entrant consents to receive marketing materials from the NBA, entrant acknowledges and agrees that his/her personal information provided on the entry form will be shared with the NBA.

Each entrant further agrees to release and hold harmless the NBA Entities, Sponsor and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents representatives, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
